The Carinthian Slovenes Club, Ljubljana (KKS) was founded in 1928. Its honourable members were Julij Felaher, Slovene writer Lovro Kuhar-Prežihov Voranc and historian Bogo Grafenauer.
The Club comprises around 300 descendants of people who went into exile after the Plebiscite of 1920 when the majority of the Carinthia region became a part of Austria.
The club fosters cultural exchange between central Slovenia and Slovenes living in Austria, primarily in Carinthia.
